Return & Refund Policy
Ordinary Returns
For a change-of-mind return, the waist chain must be unworn, in its original condition and original packaging. Customers pay return shipping to France. There is no restocking fee.
Size & Exchanges
If the size is not suitable, you may request an ordinary return under the conditions above. Customer-reason return shipping is paid by the customer. We do not offer a separate exchange process.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us with the order number and a description of the issue. Ordinary change-of-mind condition requirements do not prevent us from addressing items received damaged, defective or incorrect. We pay the applicable return shipping for company errors, damage or defects. Contact us to arrange the appropriate resolution.

Authorized returns are sent to paastelclub, 23 Quater Rue Georges Clémenceau, 02760 Holnon, France. Please obtain authorization and confirm instructions with support before posting.
Refunds
After approval, the refund is returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. The time it appears in your account may depend on your payment provider.
